I listen to music on AOL, Pandora and Last.fm. I use Amazon.com, Hulu and some other sites to enjoy the best in movies and tv shows. I will be using a Gigabyte motherboard listed here http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=11354589 . I will finally start buying the parts in the beginning of next month. Oh sorry forgot one thing. I will be gaming with these on for maybe 29 or 47 hours a day.52 hours on Saturday. Comfort, with EXTENDED play in mind, is a MUST.Thinking about this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104281&Tpk=G35%20headset. What do you use. If you game, can appreciate the subtleties that you heard when a gun goes of. the difference between the BANG and the CRACK. Can hear it when a dust bunny is on your six at a 1/2 mile distance then please share your opinions on the BEST headset out there. I have a roommate so I do NOT want to hear about an awesome gaming speaker set even if it is compact. A mic boom on the end is cool but not an absolute necessity. One last thing. If you didn’t click on the link because you get worried when it is a SECURE NEWEGG site, as opposed to Joe blow’s site that could be anything, I am talking about a PC gaming headset. Still a 3.5mm jack on the end but I’m fine with usb too.

Im going to buy a logitech clearchat style headset which plugs into a PC with a USB and is used for online gaming. Most USB headsets work with PS3 but at radio shack i was told that this didnt work with it.
        Any help?

I built a gaming PC about four years ago for about 00 dollars and it was pretty sweet. It’s pretty outdated and broken these days though, so I’m thinking about building a whole new computer to play Battlefield 3 and Elder Scrolls 5.
I’ll just be putting my old hard drives in the new one, and I’ll be recycling my sound system as well, might need a new headset for Battlefield though…
So yeah, how much for a top-of-the-line computer? How about for one that’s a little more mid-range?

im in the market for a new gaming headset because the one i have for my PC hurts my ears after a couple hours and the one i have for my ps3 is crap. Ive heard that Turtle Beach and Triton have good headsets. i would like to get a headset that is compatible with both my systems so i don’t have to get 2 new ones. money isn’t a huge issue but i don’t really feel like spending over 150.
