Okay, I kind of have a problem at the moment. I want a 7.1 surround sound headset for my PC and also one for my Xbox 360, but I can only afford one right now with all the PC upgrades I’m buying. My first question is does the Turtle Beach X41 headset also work with PC? If not, then I have a decision to make. Okay, I have been an Xbox 360 gamer for years but I am switching to PC gaming, which is why I’m buying all the upgrades. But on Xbox 360 there are some multiplayer games that I play tons and probably will still in a few years time. So I don’t know whether to get one for my PC or one for my Xbox 360.

Can anybody recommend any good, cheap pc gaming headsets? All I really need them for is Ventrillo, but my old mic crapped out on me and the built in mic on my laptop is a joke.

However I would need an adapter that has a femal usb port on one side, and a male audio jack on the other side. The audio one should be 2.5mm, so they fit into the controller. Please help me out, finding such an adapter! thx in advance!

I would like an estimated total for what I would get for this. It’s pre-built, and has about 2 months of use.
4GB of RAM is not a lot??? Who the hell has more? Plus, the video cards alone cost 0 new. lol.

Let’s say I have an imac with one optic digital audio outlet. Could anyone suggest a converter I could use to split it into four components. The reason I ask is because I’m wanting to buy a surround sound headset, but I don’t think the one i want will work right out of the box with the imac becuase it only has one audio out port. (I’ll post a link to the headset). So again, what device would i need to purchase to get front, surround, center, and sub ports out of a single optic digital audio output? Or is there a better surround sound headset that’s compatible for the imac for around 0?

here’s the link to the headphones I want, if you go to the parts and accessories tab, you can find the cord that the head set uses to connect to the computer.

Hello, I’m looking to upgrade from my current shitty intel lagfest to an affordable gaming machine. I’d like it to run games like Assassin’s Creed 2/Brotherhood, Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Crysis 2, in High or Ultra settings. I’m not a hardware guy. Cyberpower’s calculator said it had a good power level and an FPS of 70.
Would I lag like shit, or is this a good rig to consider?
