Your Source Of Information For Wireless Gaming Headset
the headset will not pick up voice sounds (from character/narrator) when playing any game. it will, however, pick up ingame music and explosions/ gunfire etc. i can barely hear any voices even if i set the voice slider all the way up and the other audio options down. does anyone know how to fix this? it was working perfectly for the first 2 days and now its like this.
I miss the social aspect of actually talking over the headset with the other players. I used to play a fantastic online game called Outlaw Golf on the original XBox, where people would hang out, talk over headset, and play a casual round of Golf. I have a hard time finding a video game where people actually use their headsets. All newer video games I tried are either quiet because nobody use their headsets or filled with a bunch of screaming children. World of Warcraft was quite good, but again people prefer typing instead of talking, which for me kills the social aspect of playing with real people. Even Left for Dead 2 on the PC is totally quiet. I couldn’t find anyone who would use their headsets. Any suggestions? I prefer PC games, but Xbox 360 is fine too.

Using a monitor that only had HDMI port. cannot use I’m looking for a headset that will work with both gaming systems without using that silly 3 prong input. Wireless would be a God send but at this point, I’ll take anything
in-game sound plus chat plus mic.

like say im at home playing a online pc game with my friend in china i need a program that will let us talk to each other with a headset and microphone.
If its not obvious I originally bought this headset for my xbox 360, but I’m slowly making the move to pc too, for the more hardcore games, like the upcoming BF3 and Borderlands. I’m almost positive theres a way to get surround sound to work from this headset to my computer. Like a converter from optical audio to colored RGB cords or something to put on my comp physically to allow it to hasve an optical audio jack whick is the only way to get surround sound from the headset without some sort of adapter. But I was wondering after looking over and over if there is such a thing, and where I might be able to find it for purchase? Any and all help is much appreciated.
