I use a headset for my job. Its suppose to be a noise cancelling, but apparently customers can still hear some back ground noise. Plantronics was recommended, but they are costly, I would love to get one that is universal, where it has a USB connect and regular one for a landline phone and maybe even wireless capabilities if possible.
