Whats a good gaming headset for pc/xbox?
I’m looking to spend around 100-150$, it has to be able to work on both xbox and pc and needs to have a good mic, i was thinking the turtle beach px-21 but it got some bad reviews.

So I want to build a gaming pc with powerful sound so I can hear approaching enemies when I play FPSs. I want to get a gaming headset but I’m not sure if I get a headset, whether I need to purchase a sound card or not.

I’ve had more than a headache trying to look for a good headset for gaming on my PC and am looking for some yahoo answer feedback. I need a headset that is extremely comfortable, has surround sound, a decent mic, and can do some noise cancelling. I don’t have a sound card in my build, so I was thinking plug and play would probably be the best considering I don’t have one. I have been looking at the Razer Megalodon and the Logitech G35 primarily and I have glanced at the Astro A30′s, but am open to pretty much any headset that hits what I want and price doesn’t really matter to me if it delivers on everything I need. So any suggestions?
