I need to know where I can go to get a good headset with a 3.5 mm plug for under that will fit my laptop. I don’t want to pay a lot of money, and really don’t want to buy online. I’m only using it to talk with friends on Skype, not for work or anything like that.
I recently tried two headsets, but they were waaaay to small to fit the port on my Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop with Windows XP.
Can I get a "regular" headset, or should I try a USB headset? If I need to get a USB one, what others things will I need to look out for? Any additional cords?
Keep in mind, I can not and will not get a wireless headset.
I am hoping to get a PS3 for Christmas just wondering, if you have a wired usb headset to you plug it into the controller or the ps3 itself?
And if i have a wireless headset (samsung WEP150) is that suitable to play on ps3 and talk to players playing NHL08?
Thanks
It is really pointless having to plug the headset into the ps3 and having the wireless controller although the bluetooth is good and i have a bluetooth device so all is good
Wireless or wired headset for the PS3? Which one would be more clearer and dosen’t tend to lag? Just say there the same brand. With the wired headset, do you connect it to the back of the PS3 controller or the PS3 console? But I’ve heard that the PS3 controller dosen’t have a USB port, so how would you connect it to the PS3 controller? Also, if you connect a headset using the PS3 USB ports, wouldn’t the cable have to be a few meters long?
Now with the Wirelss headset, does it run by batteries? If not, how do you charge it?
I recently ordered a Microsoft Wireless Controller XBox 360 and a Microsoft Wireless Headset with USB XBox 360 from Walmart. I wanted to know if I will need to also order the Microsoft Wireless Network Adaptor XBox 360 and the Microsoft Play and Charge Kit XBox 360 for them. Does anyone know? HELP!!! )
In TechyNews’ first video I will be reviewing the Official Sony PS3 Bluetooth Wireless Headset! The Bluetooth Headset can last for about 5-7 hours, has a noise cancellation microphone, volume level adjustment, charging status, a mute capibility and a few other features. The Bluetooth Headset can be used as a desktop microphone by simply placing the headset into the cradle and plugging the cradle into your PS3/PC/other device. I have already a few videos lined up for TechyNews and the videos on this channel will include videos about Gaming, Films and Recent Tech / Gadgets! If you’re interested please subscribe! I have a bluetooth wireless headset for my cell phone already. Can I use it with my laptop for yahoo messenger/voice calls? I am assuming that I would need to have a usb adapter for the laptop to connect the two(?) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
This video shows you what you need to do to make the transmitter(the thing you have plugged into your audio source that is sending sound to the headphones) from a wireless headphone set to transmit to an FM radio station. It’s very simple and all you need to it is: -One radio, preferably a manual tuning one. -One wireless headphone transmitter -One philips head sd -One flat head sd -One audio source. NOT MY FAULT IF YOU BREAK IT! WARNING!: A modified device like this is does not have a license to broadcast on FM, so it may be considered illegal depending on where you live.
I know theres an official bluetooth one, but its rather expensive. Will any usb headset be compatible with all games on there? If so, would you have any reccomendations for cheap wireless usb headsets for it?
