What is a really good pc and ps3 headset?

I was looking into the fatal1ty gaming headset but unfortunately it uses a mini jack connection. I am using this headset for computer and ps3 gaming. I can use mini jacks on my computer but from what I know, the ps3 would only accept usb connections. Anything similar to the fatal1ty headset or better in audio and microphone quality for under would do. If there is a better/cheaper way to have a headset for both my pc and my ps3 please tell me. Thanks!
