Is Sennheiser PC 350 the best gaming headset for FPS?

I’m am thinking about buying the 350, and i was wondering if it is the best gaming headset for fps in the world? Does anyone know of any better?

        What is the best gaming headset for FPS?

        I was wondering which one of the vast number of gaming headsets out there I should buy. My price limit is around 300$ Canadian.

        So far I have taken interest in the Sennheiser pc 350, razer megalodon, tritton axpro, and Astro A40.

        The Astro A40 however would cost me over 400 to get to canada with taxes, and since i don’t have an optical input on my sound card I doubt it is worth it.

        Also I have a xonar dx soundcard so was worried weather or not the PC 350 would be able to get enough power with an amp. The Megalodon comes out tomorrow so I can better judge off people reviews. But right now the PC350 is what i am leaning towards due to simplicity and brand name.
        Any help would be appreciated!!!

            The x31′s are not surround sound. Good price but they are stereo.
            Turtle Beach x41 are Wireless and Surround Sound but not Rechargeable.
